Stoney Wolf Outdoors DVD and Team Fitzgerald Scent Giveaway Contract and Disclosures

1. Giveaway Details

• Prize: Three Stoney Wolf Outdoors DVD and one 2 Team Fitzgerald Scent package.

• Drawing Date: The giveaway drawing will take place on May 1, 2026.

• Eligibility: Participation is open to all individuals currently subscribed to the Stoney Wolf Outdoors Streaming Channel, including those on a free trial.

2. Entry Conditions

• Automatic Entry: All eligible subscribers will be automatically entered into the giveaway.

• Limit: Only one entry per subscriber.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

• Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• Notification: The winner will be notified via the email associated with their Stoney Wolf Outdoors Streaming Channel account.

4. Prize Claim Requirements

• Claim Period: The selected winner must claim their prize within five (5) business days from the date of notification.

• Failure to Claim: If the winner does not claim their prize within the specified time frame, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

5. General Conditions

• Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by this Contract and the Organizer’s decisions, which will be final and binding in all respects.

• Publicity: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Organizer to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

• The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or human error which may occur in the processing of entries or the notification of the winner.
